Cancellations to a reservation are subject to the following terms:

  • 20% non-refundable booking fee;
  • 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel up to 15 days prior to the 1st leg of your reservation, refund by the way of credit for future travel to be used within 1 year;
  • 100% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel up to 8 days prior to the 1st leg of your reservation or if your party is a “NO SHOW”.
